TURNAROUND TIME

Due to the handmade nature of our bows, regular orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days, unless stated otherwise in our VIP group*. Orders containing only RTS items will ship within 1-4 business days. If RTS items are purchased in the same order as non-RTS items, order will not ship until all items are ready. Please place separate orders if you would like your RTS items to ship right away.

*All order updates and other important order related info is always posted in our VIP group.

SHIPPING

Shipping is $4.50, and free for orders $40+. Orders placed within the same timeframe will ship together, however, refunds will not be issued for shipping paid on multiple orders. Thank you for understanding.

Please be aware that because bows contain small parts, there is a risk of choking for young children. Take caution while your child is wearing our bows, or any accessory where a small part may become detached. #bowbymom is not held responsible for any bodily harm.
