TURNAROUND TIME

Due to the handmade nature of our bows, regular orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days, unless stated otherwise in our VIP group*. RTS items (including dolls and doll clothing) will ship within 1-4 business days. If RTS items are purchased in the same order as non-RTS items, order will not ship until all items are ready. Please place separate orders if you would like your RTS items to ship right away.

*All order updates and other important order related info is always posted in our VIP group.

SHIPPING

Shipping is $3.50, and free for orders $30+. Minikane Dolls ship for a flat rate of $5.99, regardless of order total. Orders placed within the same timeframe will ship together, however, refunds will not be issued for shipping paid on multiple orders. Thank you for understanding.
